Shipping Policy

As of right now, we ship through USPS for DOMESTIC and INTERNATIONAL orders. 

Once you have completed your order, you will receive an ORDER NUMBER via email.

When your order is PROCESSED, you will receive a TRACKING NUMBER via email.

USPS ground shipping can take up to 5 business days (Your location may also affect the shipping time)


***Please note that selecting expedited shipping only affects the delivery speed once your order has been processed and fulfilled. 

Expedited shipping does not expedite the processing or preparation of your order, but only reduces the shipping time once your package is ready and complete


USPS may fail to deliver your package if your address is incomplete, inaccurate, or an apartment number is missing. We are not responsible for your order under these circumstances.

We are not responsible for any additional shipping charges on packages received after the specified shipping date determined by USPS. Once your package has been scanned into the post office, USPS assumes sole responsibility for the shipping and delivery time 


If a package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact Jassy Lifestyle as soon as possible to initiate an investigation with the appropriate carrier. Once an outcome is reached, Jassy Lifestyle will contact you (the customer) to discuss the next steps available. 

 

  • Provide an image of the incorrect/broken item. If you are missing an item, please provide an image of all the items you've received.
  • Provide a clear image of the packing slip
  • Attach all images to the email
  • Place your order number in the subject line.
  • If you are missing an item, please let us know which item you are missing in the body of the email.
